Mirror Mirror

"Whatever you think you can do or believe you can do, begin it. Action has magic, grace and power in it." ~Johann Wolfgang (1780 – 1849)

A work colleague recently asked me to assist her with an art project that she had to do for her university graphics design course. It was to do with memories, and the influences they have on our lives. She asked me to take a series of photographs of people or things that had a lot of significance and personal meaning to me. I couldn't possibly have gone past my bedroom dresser without taking a few shots, for these are some of the things that mean more to me than possibly anything else, except perhaps for my camera.

The carved wooden candle holder, I adore. I bought it a long time ago at a gorgeous little shop called Spellbox in Melbourne's CBD. They have wonderful things at Spellbox. It's well a worth visit - even if just to satisfy your curiosity.

I've had these cards for a number of years now too. Using intuition and context, they offer a most beautiful source of spiritual guidance and wisdom. Even at those times when I've been slow to respond, or outright ignored the guidance received, I've still known it to be accurate. It would be fair to say, they've been shuffled a time or three over the years.
